Your order:
You will always be sent a final sample to approve before the final print process is carried out. There will be no changes made to your design to ensure that there are no errors made. We always check every order and pack them ourselves before we dispatch them.

There may be slight colour variations with your stationery – these natural variations are not faults. Colour reproduction is as accurate as possible, but may vary slightly from the original article.

Cancelling an order:
Once a deposit has been taken it is non-refundable.
If the order has already gone to print, then the remaining balance will have to be paid in full to cover all costs. If the order is cancelled before the print process then the remaining balance will be waived.

Loss or damage of items in the post:
We always use Royal Mail’s special delivery to make all parcels trackable.
If you receive any items damaged they will need to be returned in the condition you received them, so we can get your items reprinted.
Damaged stationery will of course be replaced at no extra charge.
