Wedding Stationery FAQ
How many invitations will I need?
You don’t need one invite per person, as one invite can include partners and families. However, for a wedding of 100 people, 60 invites should be fine. But remember you may need a few spares for forgotten relatives! For the order of service, most people have one for each couple and one for each single guest. You will also need them for the bridal party and for people who want a keepsake!
When do we send out the invites?
Most people send the invites out 3 months before the big day, if you’re getting married in the summer months a save the date card is an ideal way of making sure that everyone you want is at your wedding, these can be sent out 12 months before.
Can we make changes to the designs?
Of course! if you want to send us a fabric sample or colour swatch we are more than happy to change your chosen design at no extra cost.
How long will my order take?
Once we have received your order form and deposit, you should receive your order within 7-10 days.
How long does it take for the seating plan?
Usually we would say 4 weeks before your wedding you would need to submit all your information, we would then create your plan and email it over giving you plenty of time so there is no last minute panic!
What is personalised stationery?
If you would like all your guests to receive invites with their names on, we will print them individually, so all you need to do is write the envelopes and post them!
How do you create thank you cards with our wedding photo?
After the wedding if you would like to send all your guests a memorable thank you card, email us a high resolution jpeg image of your favourite snap of the day and we will do the rest!
